Who are you?

We are just a couple of guys in Southern California that love vaping. Our aim is to offer the lowest costs to the vaporizing community.


Once I play an order, how long will it take for me to receive my goods?

Your vaporizing goods will arrive within 3-5 business days. You will be notified in advanced if it takes any longer than that.


What is vaping?

Vaping can be a complicated subject.  To answer easy and complicated questions, we recommend going to www.e-cigarette-forum.com. Questions regarding health and money all the way to atomizers can be answered there.


Is my credit card information safe with you?

 Absolutely.  We won't give that information to anybody.  It is as safe as it gets. We use Alert Pay, one of the best methods of keeping your private information the way it should be kept: private!


Your main page mentions free shipping but when I add things to my cart, a shipping fee is added on.

The shipping fee is not charged once you make the payment via Alertpay so disregard any shipping costs you see in your cart.


My cart does not clear after making an order.

This is a current bug related to having the shipping fee deducted when you make your payment on Alertpay - just empty your cart for any new orders and rest-assured that your payment has gone through via Alertpay once you make the payment - you will be able to check that it is completed in your Alertpay history.


Are your liquids mixed? Do they need to be steeped?

All our liquids are pre-mixed by the factory. They do not need to be mixed and are ready to vape out of the bottle.


I have a question that isn't posted here. Can I email you, even if I'm not buying something?
